In this series, there will be five different episodes dedicated to helping you create a solid foundation for your mindset going into new motherhood!
When you become a mom, there are a million things that we can fill our minds with. I mean who's thinking about their mindset when they’re sleep-deprived and barely have time to care for themselves physically?
It’s true that we’re responsible for others, and all too often we forget about ourselves. But your mindset is what will keep you going when the going gets tough, so I want to make sure it gets the attention it deserves!
In this introduction to the series, I talk more about what our mindset is, how moms can fight the battle between a fixed and growth mindset, why addressing this topic is so important, and list some thought-provoking questions to get you thinking about where your mindset is currently at.
While listening and thinking about these questions is fine, I thought it’d be more beneficial to give you the chance to put pen to paper. So I created the Mama Mindset Workbook to accompany this series so that you can record your thoughts and answers to prompts provided with each episode. This will be a valuable tool for you as you grow through this transformational process, giving you the chance to check in with yourself, and reference for later!
I truly believe motherhood is a deeply spiritual journey that grows us in ways we never could have imagined. My hope is that this series helps you take a step back, become more aware, and have a newfound sense of appreciation for this job we get to do!
