After her own experience of becoming a FTM at 40 and seeing the disparities and gaps in maternal health care, she pivoted to focus her practice on new and experienced mothers and families.
Combining personalized education and support with empathy and compassion, she aims to meet families where they are. Johanna offers both infant feeding support, lactation guidance and pregnancy/postpartum care/return to exercise. She currently provides virtual pelvic health coaching and lactation support to moms and families across the country; residing in Charlotte, NC with her husband, son and rescue pitbull, Asia.
