Julie is an occupational therapist, a life coach for moms, and a mom to three little ones. She is on a mission to help moms feel calm, organized, and joyful in their parenting journey during the essential early years of 0-7.
Julie is originally from South Africa and is passionate about helping moms that may also be far from home or don't have their village nearby. Julie works with moms one-to-one or in small group coaching programs to help them take back control of their homes and their lives through mindset work, organization, and intentional living.
