Kristen Noriega is a busy homeschool mom of four, a registered dietitian nutritionist, and host of the Baby Weight Nutritionist Podcast. She’s been working with moms for over seven years as a go-to for simple nutrition, fun workouts, and creating a healthy family culture.

 

Together we discuss the good and bad associated with weight loss and “baby weight”, the importance of nutrition in the whole family, and how to incorporate healthy habits into motherhood. We also touch on her tips for creating a fun family culture, and the power of positivity.
