Our discussion is all about what it means to be the matriarch of your family.
Society and culture at large have historically dictated much of what that role should look like, but both Julie and I recognize that everyone’s experience can be vastly different.
That’s why we wanted to go deeper into what the matriarch role truly means to us, discuss the many hats a matriarch wears, and also provide some tips on how women can carry that title well and in a way that’s aligned with their values.
