#100: What If Birth Was The Easiest Part Of Becoming A Mom?

March 10, 2022

Welcome back to the New Mom Boss Podcast!

And welcome to the 100th episode!!

I’m so excited to reach this huge milestone, and I’m so appreciative to you for listening, as well as the many guests who have joined me and shared their wisdom and expertise! Thank you so much for coming on this journey with me.

In this episode, I take a moment to catch you up on what’s been going on in my life, but also look ahead to what’s coming to New Mom Boss in the near future!

My goal for this podcast has always been to educate pregnant women and first-time moms about the motherhood journey - from the first trimester all the way to postpartum.

But what I’ve found is that most women will place all of their time and energy into researching the delivery, with little to no time devoted to creating a plan on how to survive the postpartum period.

Birth lasts a short time when compared to everything else a new mom goes through!

 Some big takeaways are:

  1. Don’t just do what everyone else has done.
  2. Postpartum plans should NOT be unheard of.
  3. There’s a chance that birth could be the easiest part of your new mom journey.

We all need a little help every now and again. Why not use what time is left in your pregnancy to get my help in preparing for your new future?!

The Prepping For Postpartum Workshop is starting on March 18!
This is a 5-day virtual event, where together, you and I will create the BEST postpartum plan for you.

You don’t have to feel lost, confused, anxious, or afraid of what lay beyond your baby’s birth. I’m here for you, mama! Space is limited, so don't wait!
